A friend tells me that as a child she lived in a house by a river house where her mom and dad would fight about the basement flooding.
Now, five or six decades later, and on the other side of the country, she lives in a mountain house where she and her husband get into it about what to do when the basement floods.
She reports this laughing.
Since often enough and no matter what you do, you end up with wet socks, it is best to treat the round and round of life as a comedy.
True of leadership too.
Stay dry this weekend,
Ted
